Principles of evaluation of the executive body of the bank

Executive Body of "Unibank" cjsc managed by the Chairman of the Executive Board. The work of the executive body of the bank (Executive Board) is evaluated by the Bank's Board at least once a quarter based on the relevant reports. Executive Board presents the reports to the Bank's Board as a single executive body and also separately by the members of the Executive Board. For the evaluation of the executive body, the Board relies on acts of verification of approved standards and financial activities.
