Unibank offers entrepreneurs to refinance business loans issued by other financial institutions. This initiative will allow businesses to repay existing debts by obtaining a new loan from Unibank on more favorable terms due to an extended term, a lower interest rate, and a grace period of up to 6 months, during which the borrower pays only the interest amount.

Unibank provides a loan for up to 120 months with an interest rate of 8.5% per annum.

“Refinancing loans will allow customers to reduce the cost of servicing the existing loan and reduce the economic burden on the company. This will make it possible to save a substantial amount since the sum of monthly payments will decrease and additional funds will be released that can be used for business development,” said David Petrosyan, director of Corporate Business Promotion and Sales at Unibank.

Supporting entrepreneurship is one of Unibank's priorities. When developing new lending programs, the bank pays special attention to the features of the business, which makes it possible to maximize the efficiency and availability of resources for a wide range of entrepreneurs. In 2021, the volume of business loans provided by Unibank exceeded the 2020 figure by more than 17%. The growth continued in 2022 - in the first quarter, the volume of the issued business loans increased by 23.8% compared to the same period in 2021.
