According to the decision of the Unibank Board dated 29.07.2022 and that of the director of the Central Bank of Armenia N1/440 A dated 26.08.2022, from 25.10.2022 the operation of the “Azatutyun” (address: N 16, 9 Azatutyan street, Yerevan) and “Ararat” (33/2-1 and 33/5 Shahumyan, Ararat) branches of Unibank OJSC will be suspended.

The assets and liabilities of the "Azatutyun" branch will be transferred to the "Haghtanak" branch of the bank /N94, 62 Komitas, Yerevan/, while the assets and the liabilities of the “Ararat” branch to the “Artashat” branch (address: N19G, 23 Ogistosi, Artashat).
