According to the decision of the Unibank Executive Board dated 03.04.2023, the following changes and additions will be made in the bank’s tariffs from 19.04.2023:

• Apply the tariffs specified in the section “Maintenance of correspondent accounts and transfers from loro accounts” to other financial organizations, including payment companies, simultaneously, set the amount of commission for investigation, cancellation, confirmation of credit date, change of payment instructions for transfers made in RUR, USD/EUR to 5,000 RUR and 60 USD/EUR, respectively.
• In the “Swift and International Transfers” section, paragraph 2.3 “Transfers from Accounts in RUR, EUR and USD with the BEN option”, add subparagraph 2.3.2 for investment companies, indicating that the amount of the commission is charged on a contractual basis.
• In the “Letter of Credits and Guarantees” section, set a condition in the tariffs for providing guarantees that the commission charged for guarantees provided for a period of up to 361 days is not subject to recalculation if the obligations are fulfilled before the end of the guarantee period.
