Announcement on making a change in the conditions of placement of “Unibank” OJSC’s ordinary shares

05.06.2023 By the decision of  “Unibank” OJSC’s Board dated 05.06.2023, the public offering of 15 000 000 ordinary shares of the bank is extended for 19 working days and will end on 30.06.2023.
 
The prospectus was registered by the Central Bank of Armenia on 03.05.2023 in accordance with the decision № 1/226A.
 
Unibank is regulated by the Central Bank of Armenia.
