According to the decision of the Unibank Board dated 19.06.2023, Vaghinak Stepanyan was appointed Vice-Chairman of Executive Board for the implementation of projects and standards of "Unibank" OJSC and was included in the Management Board as a acting member from 29.06.2023.
 
Vaghinak Stepanyan has many years of work experience in the banking system. He has held  positions in the Haykhnaybank, Ardshinbank, and the Central Bank of RA.
 
Vaghinak Stepanyan has taken part in seminars and training programs dedicated to risk management, bank analysis, financial stability, and Basel 3 in the USA, France, Great Britain, the Czech Republic, Hong Kong, and other countries.
