Յունիբանկը թողարկել է 11% և 5% եկամտաբերությամբ դրամային և դոլարային պարտատոմսեր

05.09.2023 Unibank issued money and dollar bonds with high yields of 11% and 5% per annum. The volume of AMD bond issuance is 1 billion AMD, and that of the dollar bonds - 5 million US dollars.  
The maturity of bonds is 36 months. Coupon income will be paid quarterly.

 The main benefits of the issued bonds are: 

• high income that is not subject to taxation, 
• security, according to the RA Law “On Guaranteeing the Compensation of Bank

Deposits of Individuals”, funds involved in nominal bonds issued by the bank are considered a guaranteed bank deposit.

Unibank bonds can be purchased at the bank's head office or at any of its 52 branches. The placement of the issue is planned to be completed on October 6, 2023, after which the bonds will be listed on the AMX Armenian Stock Exchange.

The Bonds Program Prospectus (registered on 30.08.2023.N 1/434А) and the final conditions of the issue are published on www.unibank.am.

The investor can obtain the Program Prospectus and the final conditions in paper form at the head office of "Unibank" OJSC (No. 53, 1-5, 12 Charents str., Yerevan) and branches (see addresses here), while an electronic copy at the "Bonds" section of the website.
