On December 1, 2023, the shareholders’ extraordinary general meeting of “Unibank” OJSC made decision to elect Karine Minasyan as Board member, taking into account her years-long experience in  digital transformation, finance and economics, as well as business process management.

Karine Minasyan’s work experience over the past 10 years:

• 2021- to present - “Liga-Armenia” ICJSC
• 2020 – to present – lecturer at the Russian-Armenian University
• 2016–2019 - Member of the Board - Minister of Internal Markets, Information Support, Information&Communication Technologies
• 2014–2015 - Adviser to the RA President
• 2010-201 - First Deputy Minister of Economy

Eduard Zamanyan’s authorities terminated on his own initiative.
