Unibank has completed the placement of a subordinated bonds issue totaling USD 10 million. The bonds will be listed on the Armenian Securities Exchange.

Unibank became the first bank in Armenia to issue subordinated bonds. The annual coupon rate is 6.25%, and the maturity of the bonds is 7 years.

Due to the high level of public trust in Unibank and the favorable terms of the issue, the placement of the bonds has been completed ahead of schedule.

The Subordinated bonds prospectus (registered on 13.11.2024) is published on www.unibank.am. The funds received from the subordinated bonds issue are not guaranteed in accordance with the RA Law "On Guaranteeing Compensation for Bank Deposits of Individuals" before the occurrence of the compensation case specified in Article 5 of the given law takes place, the bonds will be converted into Bank's ordinary shares in the manner and amount prescribed in the Prospectus.
