According to the decision of the Management Board "Unibank" OJSC dated 31.03.2025, the following changes and additions will be made to the customer service rates:

• Set a 25,000 drams fee for reviewing the data of a director, founder or beneficiary of a legal entity registered in the Republic of Armenia who is not a citizen of the RA. 

• Set an annual account servicing fee of 20,000 drams for non-resident individuals and legal entities, with the exception of Privé branch clients.

These changes will take effect starting April 21, 2025.
