Apartment purchase with 0% interest rate. Unibank’s offer at TOON EXPO 2025

Unibank will participate in Armenia’s largest international real estate and construction exhibition-sale: TOON EXPO YEREVAN 2025, which will be held on September 5-7 at the Meridian Center. At its booth, the bank will present profitable offers aimed at making apartment ownership more accessible. 

Unibank offers mortgage loans for the purchase of residential real estate in the primary or secondary market without down payment and income analysis. The loan is provided for up to 240 months.  

The bank has also developed a profitable offer for clients who already have mortgage loans in other banks or credit organizations and want refinancing. The existing loan can be transferred to Unibank with an annual interest rate of 11.95%. 

For the purchase of an apartment, townhouse, or parking space directly from the developer, the bank offers installment financing. The maximum loan amount is 100 million AMD, with an annual interest rate of 0%.

Exhibition visitors will have the opportunity to get pre-approved for loans right on the spot at Unibank’s booth. 

By ensuring wide cooperation with developers, the bank actively worked in the direction of mortgage lending, including under state programs. In 2024, the mortgage loan portfolio almost doubled. Unibank became one of the key participants in the state support program for housing affordability for persons forcibly displaced from  Artsakh.
