According to the decision of the Management Board of “Unibank” OJSC dated October 29, 2025, the following changes will be made to the tariffs for account opening, servicing, closure, and cash operations:

• Clause 2.3.2 (b) will be renamed “Cash/Non-Cash Crediting Funds to Accounts,” and the explanation regarding the fee application will be amended as follows: “In cases where additional due diligence is required, the Bank may apply an additional fee with the mutual consent of the parties, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.”
• The above fee explanation will also apply to PRIVE resident individual customers.

These tariff changes will take effect from October 3, 2025.
