According to the decision of the Management Board of Unibank OJSC dated 05.02.2026, the following changes will be made to the Information Summaries forming an integral part of deposit agreements and to the customer service tariffs:
 
• The Information Summaries forming an integral part of the “Classic,” “Safe Future,” “Flexible,” and “Privé” deposits are approved in accordance with the attached appendices.
 
• A new subclause 1.3.2 “Interest Accrual on Positive Account Balance” will be added to clause 1.3 of the section “Account Opening, Servicing, Closing, and Cash Transactions” of the tariffs. The interest rate on positive account balances is set at 0% for all customers.
 
The above changes will take effect on February 9, 2026.
