According to the decision of the Management Board of "Unibank" OJSC dated 27.02.2026, in clause 2.3 of the tariffs for account opening, maintenance, closing, and cash transactions, effective 16.03.2026, the commission fee for the provision of cash funds from an account (including amounts provided under loans and credit lines) deposited via non-cash transfers in Armenian drams will be set at 0.3%.

Clause 2.3.1 will be renamed to "Cash withdrawal by the seller of cash funds deposited by the buyer in the course of the sale and purchase of real estate through the Bank" with the commission fee set at 0.1% for a period of up to 10 days, and 0.3% for a period exceeding 10 days.
