According to the decision of the Management Board of Unibank OJSC dated 24.06.2026, the following changes will be made to section 2.5 of the "Opening, Servicing, Closing of Accounts and Cash Transactions" section of the customer service tariffs starting from 13.07.2026:

• The commission fee for the exchange of worn and damaged banknotes in US dollars, euros and Russian rubles will be set at 5%, but not less than 400 AMD.
• The current minimum threshold will be removed, under which the 1% commission fee for depositing/converting USD 100 banknotes issued from 1996 to 2009, as well as USD 5, 10, 20 and 50 banknotes issued from 1996 to 2004, was charged only for transactions exceeding USD 1,000. A 1% commission fee will be set for all transactions regardless of the transaction amount and without any threshold limitation.
