The leasing commission is non-refundable

7.3 In the event of early termination of the contract, non-delivery or partial delivery of the leased object/objects, as well as refusal (in whole or in part) by the Customer to receive the leased object/objects, when the order is confirmed,

Leasing advance payment, commission fee are non-refundable, at the same time, all costs related to the acquisition of the leased object/objects, including the accrued interest on the advance payment, are subject to reimbursement by the customer.

7.4 Commission fee charged in case of early termination or change of guarantee(s) or pledge(s) (for each guarantee and pledge agreement)
