According to the decisions of the Unibank Board dated 20.03.2023, 31.03.2023 and 11.04.2023 and decision of the Chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia N 1/212 Ա dated 26.04.2023, the activity of “Gavar” (address: Gavar, Novorosiski N11), “Arin Berd” (address: Yerevan, Titogradyan 2/1) branches will be ceased from 01.06.2023, and “Noragavit” branch (address: Yerevan, Arshakunyac 73/5) - from 15.06.2023.

The assets and liabilities of  “Gavar”, “Arin Berd” and “Noragavit” branches will be transferred to “Sevan” (address: Sevan, Nairyan 163),  “Erebuni”  (address: Yerevan, Erebuni 20, 50 ) and “Hayreniq” (address: Yerevan, Garegin Nzhdeh 34, 4/1 ) branches, respectively.
