According to the decision of the Management Board of Unibank OJSC dated 13.03.2026, the following changes and amendments will be made to customer service tariffs starting from 01.04.2026:

From clause 1.13 “Provision by the Bank of permission for actions related to pledged property serving as loan collateral /on the condition of remaining under pledge /including VAT/”:
• Remove sub-clause 1.13.4 “regarding registration of persons at the address of the pledged property /regardless of the number of persons/.  

Add the following new sub-clauses:
• “Regarding the conclusion of a property transfer act by the pledgor and state registration of ownership rights” with a tariff of AMD 20,000.
• “Regarding the conclusion of transfer acts for all apartments in the building by the developer and state registration of ownership rights” with a tariff of AMD 200,000.
• “Addition of an owner of real estate jointly acquired on the basis of marriage” with a tariff of AMD 20,000.  

- In clause 1.12 “Partial release or replacement of pledged property serving as collateral for an existing loan /except for pledges which, according to the client’s application and the decision of the Credit Committee, have been pledged temporarily until the main collateral is formalized /including VAT/” add a new sub-clause:
“Change of loan guarantor (except in cases when the change is made based on the Bank’s decision)” with a tariff of AMD 20,000.
