To enhance financial security and help prevent potential financial fraud, Unibank has introduced "Stop" tools, allowing customers to independently restrict access to remote banking services.

Using the "Stop" tools, you can block access to individual remote banking services or disable all remote financial services at once.

The "Stop" tools can be activated through the UNIMobile and UNIBusiness Mobile apps, the  "Internet Bank-Client” system, at any Unibank branch, or by contacting the Bank's Call Center. Once a service is blocked, no transactions or actions can be performed through that service, even if someone gains access to your Mobile app or "Internet Banking-Customer" account.

To unblock a service, you must visit any Unibank branch or contact the Bank's Call Center at +374 10 71 22 22, +374 10 59 55 55.

For your security, we also strongly recommend that you never share your personal information, payment card details, passwords, or verification codes with anyone, and avoid clicking on suspicious links received via emails or messages.
