Unibank has extended the call center's operating hours, making customer support even more accessible. The Bank’s call center is now available 24 hours a day from Monday through Friday and from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. The new schedule allows customers to contact the Bank for information and support at a time that is convenient for them.
 
On weekdays, call center specialists are available 24/7 to provide information about banking products and services and digital banking solutions, as well as to assist with various service-related inquiries. Some of the most common customer inquiries relate to bank cards and their benefits, using cards while traveling abroad, online registration and use of the UNIMobile mobile application, and money transfers, including those made through the UBPay system. When needed, call center specialists can provide guidance and assist customers with the necessary steps for registration and use of UNIMobile.
 
Extending the call center’s operating hours is another step toward improving the accessibility and quality of banking services. Unibank continues to develop its remote service channels, taking into account customers’ needs and the nature of their inquiries. With many banking services now available online 24/7, it is important for the Bank to ensure that customers can also receive the proper information and support whenever they need it. The new operating hours are particularly convenient for Unibank customers who are outside Armenia or in different time zones, allowing them to contact the Bank for assistance at any time of day on weekdays, from anywhere in the world.
